I only have nice things to say about Gerben and Lysanne and the service they provide. After 6 months of searching for apartment, within a week of responding to a listing of theirs, I moved in with all paperwork processed and contracts signed. On top of the fact that there were several apartments to deal with in the same building. Extremely professional, transparent, efficient and friendly to deal with overall.

As an expat, I had the pleasure to have LG Vastgoed assigned to me as a realtor to assist in the demanding task of finding a rental house in the vicinity of Amsterdam. I cooperated with Gerben who is also one of the Owners. Gerben despite being young is a full fledged professional who will support and assist his clients to the best of his ability. Despite being based in Utrecht, Gerben was willing and did attend viewings on my behalf when I was not able to attend, in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Wormever, Beverwick and Ijmuiden. He always acted in favour of my interest, he respected my criteria, preferences and tried to advise me in what would be the best for me. We managed to successfully view more than five (5) houses which I personally selected and finally rent the one I wished within the time frame of three to four (3-4) weeks. It is worth mentioning that Gerben was willing to assist and discuss my worries and concerns outside working hours. Very friendly agents, great communication and support even after the contract was signed. I've dealt with Gerben and Nick, both on point for viewings and sent videos of the whole apartment in case I can make it to the viewing, also helped with setting up the utilities which is very helpful! Only downside is that it took me a longer time than usual to find an apartment but it was worth the wait!
